AppVerix Order Edit: Terms of Service

These terms cover use of AppVerix Order Edit by a merchant. By installing the app you agree to them.
1. The service
The app lets your customers edit or cancel an unfulfilled order inside a window you configure. Edits are applied through the Admin API. We do not guarantee that every order can be edited (fulfilled, excluded, or out-of-window orders are refused).
2. Plans and billing
Starter $19, Growth $49, Pro $99, each billed every 30 days after a 14-day trial. Charges go through the platform Billing API. Development stores receive test charges. Cancelling in Settings or uninstalling stops the charge.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for refunds and for collecting any extra balance after a quantity or variant change. You must tell customers, in your own policies, how long they have to edit. You must not use the app to change orders you do not have the right to change.
4. Limits
- The app never charges a customer card itself.
- Express checkout does not skip this app: the customer uses the email link or their account after the order exists.
- We are not liable for a missed shipment caused by a customer-edited address.
